Athina is a Director in Daversa’s London office where she is helping scale the firm’s EMEA and APAC practice. She partners with founders, boards and investors to build leadership teams at pivotal moments - from Seed-stage companies making their first executive hires through to global public organisations navigating growth and transformation.

Working across both Consumer and Enterprise technology, Athina leads searches across the full executive team - from CEO and Board appointments to Product, Engineering, Operations, General Management, Finance, CIO and go-to-market leadership. She has partnered with companies including Nscale, Omaze, PolyAI, Oura, Personio, Warner Bros. and Remitly, and is known for a deeply consultative, relationship-led approach that combines pace and astute judgement.

Born and raised in Oxford, Athina also spent formative years on a tiny Greek island home to just 200 people. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law before completing an LLM at UCL. Prior, Athina attended drama school and competed nationally in figure skating.
