In his 20+ years with Daversa, Bill has conducted more than 750 executive searches across the entire C/VP suite for both consumer and B2B businesses ranging from early-staged startups to top tier public companies. He has built multi-year partnerships with top companies in industry who have leveraged Bill to build out entire executive teams. Bill is a trusted partner to top investors like Lightspeed, True Ventures, A16Z and The Chernin Group. He has helped build the executive teams for leading companies including Square/Block, Google, DoorDash, Reddit, Twitter, DocuSign, Twilio, Figma, Carvana, Peloton, Fanatics, NextDoor, Cruise Automation, Roblox, AirBnB, Pinterest,, Uber and many other category-defining brands.

Prior to Daversa, Bill spent 10 years with search firm OTEC where he launched and ran their Silicon Valley practice, founded and spun off a human capital consultancy and helped launch Hotjobs.com inside OTEC. He graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Mathematics.
