Christen has placed hundreds of senior executives and has earned her role as a trusted partner to the founders and CEO’s of Klarna, DoorDash, Superblocks, Faire, Flock Safety, Engine, Weka.io, Vim, Aledade, Gong.io, PayJoy, Square, Benchling, and others.

Over the past decade, Christen has cultivated meaningful partnerships with leading venture capital firms, including Menlo Ventures, Greylock, Benchmark, Kleiner Perkins, Venrock, Felicis Ventures, and Brighton Park Capital. Outside of work, you’ll find Christen passionately cheering on her favorite college football teams or finding any excuse to see live music alongside her husband, Larry, her spirited daughter, Cecilia, and their lovable mutt, Daisy.
