Reigning from the small state of Delaware, Connor followed his passion for emerging technology to Los Angeles and has not looked back since. He’s made a significant impact across the West Coast tech ecosystem, bringing the same hustle and grit that defined his Division 1 football and lacrosse career.

As one of the Founders of Daversa's Frontier/Futures Practice, Connor has been vital in building several of the most successful challenger brands to date. Recently, he built out the VP Level and C-Suite teams for companies including Saronic, Hadrian, Divergent, K2 Space, Radiant Nuclear, Skydio, Vast Space, among others.

Prior to joining Daversa, Connor graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Economics.
