Born and raised in a small town in New Jersey, Emma is a leader in Daversa’s Manhattan office. As a trusted partner to her clients, she specializes in building high-impact executive teams across go-to-market, operations, and product functions for high-growth technology companies on both the East and West coasts.

Her portfolio spans both consumer and enterprise businesses, including Engine, Auger, Air, Passes, TheGuarantors, and David Energy.

Emma graduated from Boston College with a BS in Applied Psychology and Human Development, where she competed as a member of the Division I Women’s Track and Field program. Outside of work, she can often be found running through Manhattan with Central Park Track Club.
