Known for his relentless drive and sharp instincts, Gary specializes in placing VP and C-level talent at enterprise technology companies.

He has partnered with some of the most respected venture firms in the world, including Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Kleiner Perkins, Norwest Venture Partners, Index Ventures, and CRV to build leadership teams that shape the future of innovation.

Gary’s recent work includes executive team builds for breakout technology companies such as Snowflake, Scale AI, CoreWeave, Samsara, Okta, Dataiku, Dataminr, and Poolside, placing leaders across functions who drive business outcomes and scale.

Before joining Daversa, Gary built his foundation as a field sales executive in the New York Tri-State area. That hands-on experience continues to inform his deep understanding of GTM leadership and his ability to identify high-impact operators.
