With a foundation in Product and Engineering leadership, Joanna now partners with companies to build executive teams spanning Product, Engineering, Design, AI, Operations, and GTM.

Joanna has spent the majority of her career supporting Paul Daversa on the firm’s most visible and complex searches, spanning everything from large public companies to top AI startups across industries. She has helped build the leadership teams at companies including OpenAI, Snowflake, Cloudflare, Plaid, Datadog, Brex and Watershed and has partnered closely with Benchmark, Greylock, Sequoia, NEA, Battery, and Lightspeed.

Prior to joining Daversa, Joanna was a Corporate Paralegal at Rich May P.C., a Boston based law firm. Joanna received her Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
