With expertise spanning CPO/VP Product, VP Design, CTO/VP Engineering, as well as CEO, COO, President, and GM roles, she partners closely with founders to shape the teams driving innovation and scale.

She has spent the past decade building relationships with the top product leaders in the industry and acts as a strategic thought partner in making these critical hires. Joanna has placed 250+ product, design, operations, and engineering executives in early to growth-stage businesses across consumer, SaaS, AI, security, fintech, and healthtech.

Joanna has partnered with investors at Benchmark Capital, Greylock, Sequoia, NEA, Accel and Lightspeed Venture Partners and has built out the leadership teams for OpenAI, Plaid, Brex, Datadog as well as growth stage companies like Watershed, Flex and ChargeLab.

Prior to joining Daversa, Joanna was a Corporate Paralegal at Rich May P.C., a Boston based law firm. Joanna received her Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
