Known for her founder first mentality, Julie has been working hand in hand with founders as a strategic thought partner since joining the firm in 2010. Julie has found a passion and expertise for working with founders to break down barriers in software, healthcare, and AI to create new categories.

Having spent her early days working with the first healthcare technology companies, Julie now spends her time with companies that are bridging the gap between AI and traditional industries, with a focus on software driving change across enterprise SaaS, healthcare, life sciences, and other industries.

Julie has built out entire leadership teams for many notable companies including Abridge, Benchling, Oura, Writer, 11x, Hello Heart, Medely, amongst many others. She works closely with the teams at Benchmark, IVP, Lightspeed, Greylock, A16Z, General Catalyst and Thrive Capital.
