Kenny co-leads Daversa’s B2B go-to-market practice and is recognized as one of the most well-connected executive headhunters in the industry. A Philadelphia native turned San Franciscan and lifelong adrenaline enthusiast, he grew up skiing, racing anything with an engine, and playing lacrosse—experiences that shaped his competitive drive and discipline. Paul recruited him to join Daversa and help bolster the GTM practice and has quickly risen through the ranks to become one of our senior B2B focused leaders based out of our San Francisco office.

Over the last 10+ years, he’s executed more than 200+ executive searches for some of the biggest names in the valley - Scale AI, Dataiku, Brex, Decagon and Poolside to name a few. Kenny specializes in B2B GTM projects (sales, marketing, and customer success) at the VP and C-level. You’d be hard pressed to find someone more competitive than him and he’ll do anything to deliver a world class client experience. When he’s not running around San Francisco, you’re likely to find him at his favorite coffee shop, traveling with his wife, or in the mountains enjoying the outdoors. His undergraduate studies in the sciences are an indication of his never-ending curiosity and hunger to learn.
