Maggie Fair is a Director based in New York City, leading executive searches across engineering, product, and AI/ML. Since joining Daversa in 2021, she’s built a reputation in early-stage recruiting, partnering with Seed through Series C founders to place leaders who move fast, think big, and scale with purpose.

Originally from Westport, Connecticut, she is a graduate of Providence College and is passionate about shaping the next generation of leadership in tech.
