Megan chose to lean into the world she was raised in—she sank her teeth in and never looked back. Megan has been a key contributor to the growth of Daversa’s People & Talent practice, while also bringing extensive experience across Finance, Operations, and Enterprise Technology leadership.

Her work spans companies at all stages, from early growth through scale and maturity, including early-stage innovators such as Physical Intelligence, Hadrian, Loyal, and Raya as well as scaled private and public technology leaders like Nscale, Figma, OpenAI, and Coreweave.

Megan is based in Daversa’s Los Angeles office. Outside of work, you can catch her by the water, on a very serious quest for the perfect slice of pizza, or out walking her Golden Retriever, River—who treats every walk like a victory lap.
