Megan chose to lean into the world she was raised in—she sank her teeth in and never looked back. She has played a key role in growing Daversa Partners’ HR & Talent practice and brings deep expertise in executive searches across Operations, Finance, and other core corporate functions.

Megan works across the full spectrum of company maturity and industry, partnering with early-stage startups like Hadrian, Loyal, and Karman Industries, as well as late-stage private and public tech leaders including CoreWeave, OpenAI, Axon, Personio, Adobe and DraftKings.

Megan is based out of Daversa’s LA office in Southern California. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Megan by the ocean, boating, or walking her Golden Retriever, River, who proudly treats every walk like a victory lap.
