With more than a decade of experience, she has earned a reputation for delivering transformative talent solutions to startups and disruptive companies across emerging sectors.

Her expertise includes C-level placements for companies such as Spotify, Uber, Patreon, Whatnot, Maxar, Planet, IonQ, Postmates, Red6, Dataminr, Etsy, Honey/PayPal, Epirus, DEFCON AI, Zephyr AI, Defense Unicorns, and ScaleAI among others. She has built out teams for top venture capital firms such as Andreessen, NEA, Benchmark, Sequoia, Khosla, BOND, 8VC, and Kleiner Perkins.

A graduate with Distinction from Penn State University, Paige holds triple majors in Public Relations, Spanish, and International Studies. She resides in Connecticut with her husband, a U.S. Army veteran, and their two children.
