As a Partner at Daversa and Co-Lead of the firm’s Futures Practice, Paige Sullivan Kuderka plays a central role in shaping the firm’s presence across AI, defense, government, and frontier technologies. Since beginning her career at Daversa in Washington, D.C., she has built and scaled one of the firm’s most forward-looking practices, founding the National Security practice in 2017. Paige has earned a reputation for delivering transformative leadership talent to companies operating at the intersection of innovation and national impact, partnering with founders and investors who are redefining critical industries.

Paige specializes in C-suite and VP-level placements, with deep expertise in building executive teams for highly technical, mission-driven organizations. Her work spans category-defining companies including IonQ, PsiQuantum, Impulse Space, Apex Space, Dataminr, Scale AI, OpenAI Epirus, Vantor (fka Maxar), Uber, Spotify, Whatnot, Planet, Liquid AI, DEFCON AI, Andesite, Adyton, nTop, Red6 AR, and Defense Unicorns, among others. She is a trusted partner to leading venture capital firms such as Andreessen, NEA, Benchmark, General Catalyst, Sequoia, Khosla, BOND, 8VC, and Kleiner Perkins, advising them on the leadership required to scale frontier technologies responsibly and effectively. Paige’s ability to identify executives who combine technical sophistication with operational rigor has positioned her as a go-to advisor in sectors where precision, speed, and resilience matter most.

A graduate with Distinction from Penn State University, Paige holds triple majors in Public Relations, Spanish, and International Studies. She lives in Connecticut with her husband, a U.S. Army veteran, and their two children.
