Tara, a New York native now based in Southern California, operates out of Daversa’s Santa Monica office and embodies the fast-paced spirit of her hometown. She approaches her work with unwavering dedication and enthusiasm, bringing a decade of experience building leadership teams at transformational consumer and enterprise technology companies.

Over the last decade, Tara has partnered with founders at the earliest stages to recruit top technical, product, and GTM leaders critical to scaling and achieving product-market fit. Her early-stage clients include Hadrian, Rentspree, Inspiren, WorldClass Health, and Vast. She has also led later-stage and public company searches for DraftKings, General Motors, Oscar Health, Flexport, Cedar, and Dandy.

In her free time, Tara is an avid runner and has completed two marathons. When she isn’t recruiting, she can be found running along the California coast or lost in the pages of a captivating book.
