Vicky is a founding team member at Daversa and one of the firm’s most respected veteran headhunters, known for setting a high standard in identifying transformative leadership. As a trusted advisor to boards and management teams, she has built executive teams across consumer, enterprise software, healthtech, fintech, AI, and security.

Vicky brings extensive experience in conducting searches for President, COO, CEO, HR, CISO, and Product roles. More recently, Vicky helped build out the executive leadership teams at Brex, Progyny, StackAdapt, Devoted Health, Wildlife Studios, General Motors and Coupang, among others. She is a cancer victor and advocate for alternative health and wellness. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC.
