After turning down a career on Wall Street, Will joined Daversa in 2013 and has spent over a decade building executive teams for many of the world’s most disruptive technology companies. He now leads searches for Daversa’s FinTech practice, where he is regarded as the firm’s internal thought leader. Will’s breadth of work includes clients that span across digital banking, payments, financial infrastructure, crypto/web3, lending, personal finance, Proptech and Insurtech. He has successfully completed hundreds of searches throughout his career across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Operations at the VP and C-level for businesses all over the world, ranging from the ideation phase to those with multi-billion-dollar valuations on the public markets.
